💻 System Requirements for Workheld Apps

To ensure that the Workheld Flow and Workheld Call applications function in a stable, high-performance, and user-friendly way, certain system requirements should be met. While the apps may still run on older or less powerful devices, full support and troubleshooting cannot be guaranteed in such cases.

The app is compatible with all modern browsers and officially supported in the latest versions of:

• Microsoft Edge

• Mozilla Firefox

• Google Chrome

• Minimum screen size: 13 inches

• Minimum resolution: 1600 × 900 pixels

• Version: Workheld Flow App version 9.8 or higher

• Operating Systems:

  • Windows 10, version 22H2 (Build 19045.2788) or newer

  • Windows 11, version 22H2 (Build 22621.1485) or newer

• Supported editions: Current Branch (CB) and Current Branch for Business (CBB)

• Not supported: Windows 10 LTSB due to technical limitations

• Compatible with tablets and laptops running Windows 10/11

• Optimized for touchscreen, but also works with trackpad or mouse

• Required: Camera and either touchscreen or trackpad

• Not recommended: Devices with screens smaller than 10 inches or resolutions below 1600 × 900 pixels

• Version: 9.8 or higher

• Android version: 13 (Tiramisu) or higher

• Compatibility is based on Vanilla Android; custom manufacturer versions may have limitations

• Compatible with smartphones and tablets

• Required: Touchscreen and camera

• Note: Landscape mode only supported on tablets ≥ 8 inches

• ⚠️ Some MDM settings may restrict app permissions

Please note that the Workheld app is not designed to be used on devices that are shared by multiple people.

• Personal devices recommended: Android devices should ideally be personal work devices that are used exclusively by one user.

• Restrictions on shared use: Shared use within a team can lead to malfunctions, especially with notifications or personalized app settings.

• Data security: With multiple users, it is also possible that users may have access to data at the operating system level that they should not actually have access to in the Workheld app.

For these reasons, Workheld strongly recommends providing a separate device for each user.

• Compatible with iPhones and iPads

• Note: Landscape mode is supported only on iPads
