Progress Bar & Gauge Chart

Progress Bar & Gauge Chart are used to display a single numeric value. Only the first value of the selected column will be displayed. So make sure your data source is ordered in the way you want it to be.

Customizations

Navigate to the customize tab in the right sidebar to access the different options for customization.

Progress Bar

For the progress bar, the minimum and maximum can be defined by either fixed values or a data source (dataset or script). Just as for the main value the first entry of the given dataset/script will be used if the columns contain more than one entry. The data source you use for min/max is affected by dashboard filters in the same way the data source for the main value is.

Gauge Chart

You can set multiple colour states for the gauge chart. The borders of the colour states can be defined by either fixed values or a data source (dataset or script). Just as for the main value the first entry of the given dataset/script will be used if the columns contain more than one entry. The data sources you are using for colour states are affected by dashboard filters in the same way the data source for the main value is.

The colour state used for the gauge type "solid" will apply the colour to the whole bar depending on the state it is in.
