The following system requirements are necessary to ensure that the apps work properly on the various devices. Most often the apps will also work on devices with lesser hardware or lower versions; however in those cases we do not guarantee a proper functioning of the apps and will not provide support or fixes for issues that are related to the hardware or operating system versions.

Workheld Flow Web App
System Requirements
The Workheld Flow Web App can be used with any modern web browser and is officially compatible with the following browsers in their latest versions:

Mozilla
Chrome
Hardware Requirements
The Workheld Flow Web App is not designed for devices with a screen size smaller than 13” and a screen resolution smaller than 1600 x 900 pixels.
Workheld Flow Windows App
Software Requirements
The Workheld Flow Windows App in version 9.5 or higher is compatible with Windows 10* from version 22H2 (build 19045.2788) and Windows 11 from version 22H2 (build 22621.1485).
Windows 10 Current Branch (CB) and Current Branch for Business (CBB) are supported. Windows 10 Long Term Servicing Branch (LTSB) cannot be supported due to numerous restrictions.

Hardware Requirements
The Workheld Flow Windows app is basically compatible with all Windows 10 and 11 devices and can therefore be installed and used on corresponding tablet devices as well as on laptops. Although the application is optimized for touch input, it can also be used with a trackpad or mouse. To use the full range of functions of the app, a camera and a touchscreen or trackpad are required.
The Workheld Flow Windows app is not designed for devices with a screen size smaller than 10” and a screen resolution smaller than 1600 x 900 pixels.
Workheld Flow Android App
Software Requirements
The Workheld Flow Android app in version 8.8 or higher is compatible with Android from version 9* (Android Pie).
Please note that the information refers to “pure” Android versions (Vanilla Android) and that problems may occasionally occur due to manufacturer-specific add-ons.
Hardware Requirements
The Workheld Flow Android App is basically compatible with all Android devices and can therefore be installed and used on corresponding smartphones and tablets. To use the full range of functions of the app, a camera and a touchscreen are required. Due to size restrictions horizontal mode is only supported on tablets with a size of 8” or more.
Please note that for proper functioning certain permissions for access to the camera as well as specific settings need to be made, which can interfere with settings made by Mobile Device Management .
Workheld Flow iOS App
Software Requirements
The Workheld Flow iOS app in version 8.8 or higher is compatible with iOS from version 10.
Hardware Requirements
The Workheld Flow iOS app is basically compatible with all Apple devices and can therefore be installed and used on both the iPhone and the iPad.
Due to size restrictions horizontal mode is only supported on the iPad.

Please note that the information refers to “pure” Android versions (Vanilla Android) and that problems may occasionally occur due to manufacturer-specific add-ons.

The Workheld Call Android app is compatible with all Android devices and can therefore be installed and used on appropriate smartphones and tablets. To use the full range of functions of the app, a front and back camera are required. In particularly noisy environments, the use of a headset with noise cancellation can be useful.

Software Requirements
The Workheld Call iOS app in version 8.8 or higher is compatible with iOS from version 10.
Hardware Requirements
The Workheld Call iOS app is compatible with all Apple devices and can therefore be installed and used on both the iPhone and the iPad. In particularly noisy environments, the use of a noise-canceling headset can be useful.
