🔐Reset your Workheld Password

Users of the Workheld web app and the Workheld mobile app can reset their password themselves at any time. We will show you how to do this step by step below:

🧭 Step-by-step instructions

  • Open the Workheld app.
    Start either the mobile app or the web app.
    You will be taken to the first login step:

  • Enter organization
    Enter your organization and confirm.
    The second login step for entering the user name and password now appears:

  • Forgotten your password?
    Click on the “Forgot password” link below the login form.

  • Enter user name or e-mail address
    Enter your user name or e-mail address in the following dialog box and click “Continue”.

  • Check e-mail
    Open your e-mail inbox.
    You will receive a message from support@workheld.com with a link to reset your password. The content of the e-mail is bilingual (German & English).

  • Click on the link in the e-mail
    Click on the “click here” link in the email.
    Your default browser will open - regardless of whether you normally use the mobile or web app.

  • Set new password
    Enter a new password and confirm it.
    The password rules are displayed as you enter them - only valid passwords can be used.

  • Complete the reset
    Click on “Reset password” to complete the process.

✅ Afterwards

After a successful reset, you can log in to your Workheld app as usual with the new password - both mobile and on the web.
