4.1 Equipment management
In the main menu, navigate to EQUIPMENT→ EQUIPMENT MANAGEMENT.
All equipments are displayed here in a list and you can navigate from here to the detailed view of the individual equipments by clicking on the small arrow on the right-hand side of the line.
You have the option of sorting the list of equipment by equipment number, name and equipment status. You can also use the search function to find an equipment.
4.1.1 Creating equipment
You can create new equipment by clicking on the ADD NEW EQUIPMENT button at the top right of the list of equipment.
The first step is to enter the general data for the new equipment. The following fields are available:

*If you leave this field empty, it will be filled with an automatically generated value.
Press NEXT after you have added all the relevant information.
In the next step, you can add additional information about the equipment. The following fields are available:

Press NEXT after you have added all the relevant information.
In the next step, you can add contact and address information to the equipment. The following fields are available:

4.1.2 Detailed view of equipment
Once you have created a new piece of equipment, you are automatically taken to the detailed view of the equipment. You can also navigate to the detailed view of an existing equipment via the list of equipment by simply clicking on it.
4.1.3 Equipment overview section Equipment information
In the detailed view of the equipment, all information about the equipment is displayed in the top section. The operating status in the order title also allows you to see at a glance whether there is currently any outstanding work for the equipment.
You can navigate back to the CUSTOMER OVERVIEW using the BACK TO CUSTOMER OVERVIEW button.
4.1.3 Equipment overview Operating data section
The lower section is divided into 4 areas using a table bar:

In the EQUIPMENT DETAILS section, you can download an automatically generated QR code for the equipment, view additional system information and assign a technician by simply dragging them from the object bar on the right-hand side onto the highlighted field.
In the EQUIPMENT STRUCTURE you will find a hierarchical representation of the components of a piece of equipment. The higher-level equipment can be understood as equipment that comprises numerous components. These components are also recorded in the system and are connected to the main equipment.
Under PROJECTS / INSERTIONS / PERMANENT ORDERS you will find a list of all projects, inserts and standing orders to which the equipment has been assigned. You can navigate to the overview of a project, assignment or standing order by simply clicking on it.
Under DOCUMENTATON you will find all entries that were created by the technicians in the course of working on the equipment.
You have the option of filtering by entry type or using the search function to find a specific entry.
